We're starting small, but we're thinking long-term.

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking person who takes pride in doing quality work. As a Cleaning Professional, you'll help provide a great experience for our clients by keeping their homes and spaces clean, organized, and cared for.
Responsibilities
- Complete professional cleaning jobs, typically 2-3 hours
- Maintain high cleaning and quality standards
- Safely lift, move, and organize items as needed
- Work on your feet throughout the cleaning
- Communicate professionally and positively with clients
- Follow company cleaning procedures and safety standards
- Care for company supplies and equipment
- Arrive on time and prepared for each job
We're Looking For

You'll start by performing high-quality cleaning while learning our standards and systems. As you grow, you'll take on more responsibility for leading your own cleaning team: scheduling, quality control, and communicating with clients on the job.
Responsibilities
- Lead and train cleaning team members

- Coordinate schedules and communicate with clients
- Manage supplies and equipment
- Assist with estimates and client walkthroughs
- Help improve systems and solve problems
